We have proudly served Sioux City and the surrounding area since 1985. We are committed to carrying quality products and giving you excellent service. Our original location was was 708 West 7th Street in Sioux City and shortly expanded to a larger location at 420 Bluff Street in 1989. We continued to grow and expand and moved to our current location; 2500 Glenn Ave. at the Hillcrest Center in 1993 (across from the Floyd Monument and Floyd Golf Course).

We were founded by Howard Knox and have been owned by Howard’s son, Shawn Knox since. His brother, Lance Bos, is in the business as a flooring contractor here in the Siouxland area.

Consumers will find a wide array of beautiful flooring at Knova’s Carpets. We carry carpeting manufactured by Shaw, Dream Weaver, Milliken, Patcraft and more. Luxury vinyl plank by COREtec, Mannington, Paramount, MetroFloor, and Congoleum.

We are very adept at coordinating any project regardless of size, scope, or magnitude. We pride ourselves on being able to change rapidly with any changing circumstance beyond our customer’s control. Our traditional customer base is within a 60 mile radius of Sioux City, but we have traveled to points substantially further such as Colorado Springs, Colo., Park Rapids, Minn., Iowa City, Iowa, and Crown Point, Indiana. We were chosen to do the work at all of the aforementioned locations outside of Siouxland because we had previously done work for those customers here in Siouxland.
