A Personal Experience at Petal and Thorn

Last Thursday night, my friends Alissa, Liz, and I attended the U-Pick event at Petal and Thorn. It was an enchanting experience that exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed warmly and given a flower pot and clippers to create our own bouquets. The joy of walking through the massive flower beds, selecting the perfect blooms, and designing our own floral masterpieces was simply delightful.

We had the pleasure of meeting Jessica, the dedicated owner of Petal and Thorn. Her passion for sustainable farming and love for flowers shone through as she shared stories about the farm and its blooms. The evening was filled with pleasant socializing and breathtaking views of the countryside, making us appreciate even more the oasis that Jessica has cultivated right here in Sioux City.

Who knew such a serene and beautiful place existed in our city? The U-Pick event was a perfect blend of creativity, relaxation, and connection with nature. We left with our stunning bouquets and a sense of fulfillment and joy.
