Thank you for choosing to be a part of the Best of Siouxland Directory. Below are the payment terms for our monthly subscription service:
- Monthly Payment Schedule: Your subscription fee will be automatically charged to your provided payment method on the same date each month. The date of the first payment will serve as your monthly billing date.
- Payment Decline Notification: In the event of a payment decline, you will receive an email notification alerting you to the issue. This notification serves as a prompt for you to update your payment information to continue your subscription without interruption.
- Updating Payment Information: If your payment is declined, you are required to update your payment information within 10 days of the notification. Failure to update your payment information within this timeframe will result in the temporary removal of your business from the Best of Siouxland Directory.
- Reinstatement Upon Payment: Upon receiving the full payment, your business listing will be promptly reinstated and activated in the Best of Siouxland Directory.
- B.O.S. Bucks Redemption: Please note that B.O.S. Bucks cannot be redeemed at businesses that are not in good standing with the Best of Siouxland Directory at the time of redemption. A business in good standing is one that has an active, fully paid subscription.
